Different Rates Based on Customer Tags

• Set-up unlimited customer tags with unique shipping rates.

  For as many customer tags as you have you can choose which customer tags to set-up unique rates for.

• Unique set of rates per customer tag, per shipping zone.

  For each customer tag you can set different set of shipping rates per shipping zone.

• Show additional rates, or show completely different rates.

  You can use the app to just show an a rate at checkout for a particular customer tag in addition to your already exsiting rates.

  Or, you can use the app to replace all your shipping rates, and set a unique set of rates for when there is no customer tag, and then a completely different set of rates when there is a particular customer tag.

• Extensive options for rate types, both carrier and rule based rates.

  Use real-time carrier rates from UPS/USPS/FedEx/Canada Post, or use rule based rates like by item table, per item, per lb, percentage of product price, a weight table, or a price table.

• Advanced carrier rate options

  For each individaul carrier method you can specify different ship from postal codes, add a free shipping override, add percentage or flat fee mark-up and mark-down, set unique package dimensions based on number of items, add a percentage of price price to a rate, and use negotiated rates for UPS and FedEx.

• Postal Code Sub-Zones

  You can create subzones in the app based on a list of postal codes, this will allow you to set-up local-delivery zones or hard to reach zones. You can then set different rates per subzone for each customer tag.

• Integrate with Advanced Shipping Rules

  Advanced Shipping Rules is another app by Bambri that allows you to set different shipping rates for different groups of products. You can use this app in conjunction with Customer Shipping Rules to expand the possibilities of how you charge shipping to your customers.

  Let’s say you offer your retail customers free shipping or a simplified flat rate, but you want to use Customer Shipping Rules to charge more accurate shipping for wholesale customers. You can use Advanced Shipping Rules to configure more complex accurate rates for a variety of different product groups.
